Welcome to the Këkht Aräkh merch store.

- We ship worldwide
- The shipping is done out of Berlin, Germany
- We ship orders in batches every 10-14 days
- We will do our best to accommodate your request to get your items signed based on the possibility, but it cannot always be guaranteed.

- When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take some time for your tracking link to start showing updates based on where you are in the world. The updates will only start appearing once your package arrives in the national postal service of your country. If you don't see any updates in tracking, please try checking back later or get in touch with us and we will be happy to check for you.

- The order is considered fulfilled if the tracking link shows that the package has been delivered. If you haven't got your package even though the tracking says that it was delivered, please check with your neighbors or the mail service that was responsible for the delivery.

- We will always do our best to get your order delivered to you. If for reasons beyond our control (incorrect/insufficient address provided by you, insufficient recipient details provided by you, package not picked up on time, etc) the delivery was not possible, the order is still considered fulfilled on our end and non-refundable.

- If for the reasons listed above your package was returned to our warehouse, it is not eligible for a refund. But you can contact us for 14 days after you checked that the package has been returned, and we will organize resending it for the cost of the new shipping and handling fee. After 14 days the order becomes non-refundable.

- If you haven't received your order in 21 days since the shipping date and tracking doesn't show that it is on the way to you, please contact us. The order becomes non-refundable after that time if no contact is made.
